Yeni Construction was selected to develop the Latchi Panorama Resort, a mixed-use property development of 21,500 square meters comprising 5 villas and 98 apartments. The Panorama Resort is located in Pafos District outside Latsi Village, a short distance from Polis Chrysochous, the famous Baths of Aphrodite, the Akamas Peninsula and Paphos International Airport.<\/p>\n The architectural objective was to offer every apartment and villa in the property complex an amphitheatrical view of Chrysochous Bay and the Troodos Mountains.<\/p>\n In order to implement this greenfield construction project. Y. Yeni Construction mobilised a large-scale team of own staff and contractors to implement the project on schedule and within budget. Our construction team comprised:<\/p>\n \u2022 Project Manager Total construction time was 12 months.
