Latchi Panorama Resort

Y. Yeni Construction was selected to develop the Latchi Panorama Resort, a mixed-use property development of 21,500 square meters comprising 5 villas and 98 apartments. The Panorama Resort is located in Pafos District outside Latsi Village, a short distance from Polis Chrysochous, the famous Baths of Aphrodite, the Akamas Peninsula and Paphos International Airport.

The architectural objective was to offer every apartment and villa in the property complex an amphitheatrical view of Chrysochous Bay and the Troodos Mountains.

In order to implement this greenfield construction project. Y. Yeni Construction mobilised a large-scale team of own staff and contractors to implement the project on schedule and within budget. Our construction team comprised:

• Project Manager
• Site Manager
• Skilled Construction Staff (masons, electricians, painters, fitters, etc)
• Transport Staff with equipment
• Other staff

Total construction time was 12 months. We also managed a large team of subcontractors.

Total facilities and infrastructure constructed included:

• 5 villas and 98 apartment properties
• 2 outdoor swimming pools and one indoor heated swimming pool, including a separate childrens’ swimming pool
• Spa Complex (the Akamas Health Farm), including 6 treatment rooms, sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, floating room, hairdressing salon, manicure / pedicure room, slimming concept area, gym, tennis court, beach volley court, changing rooms
• Resort Club House with a 24-hour reception area, concierge service, a la carte restaurant and bar, and meeting room
• Staff facilities
• Covered parking area for property residents

Today, the Latsi Panorama Resort operates as a mixed use property development, and has attracted favourable guest reviews on TripAdvisor and Booking.com.
